Information about your order and the policies

​Intellectual Property

All artworks, including originals, prints, and digital representations, are the exclusive property of the Artist. The Buyer/Recipient is granted the right to display the purchased artwork privately at home only.
Any reproduction, distribution, public display, creation of derivative works, or commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the Artist.

Liability

The Artist is not liable for any loss, damage, or deterioration of the artwork after it has been delivered to the Buyer. The Buyer assumes all risk once the artwork has been handed over.

Orders and Custom Work

For commissioned artworks, a deposit of the material costs plus a €50 processing fee is required in advance. This deposit will be credited towards the final price. Full payment of the final price is due upon completion of the commissioned work, as all commissioned works are individually created and cannot be canceled.

Print-on-Demand

All Print-on-Demand products are made to order. Due to their customized nature, all sales are final and cannot be canceled or returned.

Originals

For already completed original artworks that are not commissioned or made-to-order, a limited cancellation or return may be accepted at the Artist’s discretion.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
